Order Processing Time

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after full payment has been successfully received and verified.
- Orders placed on weekends or Malaysian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During promotional periods, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Order Confirmation
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) will be sent.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Shipping Time

Refund Policy

- The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and documentation included.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products that have been installed, cut, modified, or used.

- Clearance, promotional, or sale items (unless defective).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
